Exceptional service! I had the best experience shopping at Peter Millar in Avalon thanks to Demetrius Pitt. He was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations that fit perfectly. The attention to detail and warm, welcoming attitude made the whole visit enjoyable. *about the Bingham performance pants I love these pants!!! I visited a local shoe show last night and the lady asked me about my pants! She said they were cool on her skin and easy to slide on! I figured the world must know! Great pants! Client for life!

I don’t often leave reviews, but the service Jamal provided at this PM store was as good as it gets. The brand of course sets a high bar, but he took it to another level. Jamal’s attention to detail, guidance on fit, and overall patience was great, especially as my 2 year old was quickly running out of steam. Easily some of the best in-store service I’ve had anywhere. Very much appreciated.

My sales professional , Demetrius, came in in his off day to ensure my clothing that I purchased at the store in Avalon, shipped out in time for the wedding I was going to. I received my clothing on-time and best of all, my wife loved the sport coat that Demetrius chose for me. I highly recommend shopping with Demetrius at the Peter Millar store in Avalon.

I highly recommend this store for Peter Millar. The staff is excellent, and really can help with the right fit. They go above and beyond, all under the leadership of Contessa, the manager. This store has truly done a transformation and its now a huge pleasure to shop there, you can't go wrong. Way to go Contessa and team!

My husband and I had an incredible experience with Rob on Saturday. We went in the store with a big return to then reorder another size and purchase more items. Our family recently went through a tragic event and Rob made sure to give us excellent service with a kind heart, helpful tips, and a calming personality. Thank you Rob, we will see you again.

I originally had an issue with two shirts shrinking after the first wash and was told they couldn’t be exchanged because the tags had been removed. After my review, the store reached out and invited me to come back in. Jamal was great to work with and helped me exchange the shirts for larger sizes with no problem. I really appreciate the team at the Avalon location taking care of the issue and providing great customer service.
